The 2026 FDIBA Summer Conference  will be held on from June 11 till 13 of 2026 at Hotel Belitsa, Primorosko (https://www.hotel-belitsa.com/en/ )

Hotel Belitsa is located in the northeastern part of Primorsko near the golden sands of Pearl beach. The hotel has five floors and it’s fully renovated . The hotel  provides comfort and an ideal environment for rest and relaxation for families and young people from May till October. We also have two conference halls, which are very convenient for holding various organized events.

The seaside resort of Primorsko is located in a picturesque bay on the southern Black Sea coast. It is located on 56 km from the big district of Bourgas. Nearby are the Beglik Tash area, the Ropotamo and Arkutino reserves, and the town-museum Sozopol ( famous for it’s centuries-old history and unique architecture), the holiday village of Duni and many other attractions.

This is will be the second realization of the newly established annual summer conferences of the Faculty of German Engineering and Industrial Management  (FDIBA) at the Technical University of Sofia. The conference presents the latest achievements in the following fields taught by the Faculty:

• Main field – Mechatronics and IT
• Additional fields
  • Computer science and communications
  • Economics and management

It is a bilingual event, accepting papers both in English and German, with a title and abstract in both languages. Since 2017 all FDIBA conferences provide free and unlimited access to all publications. It is registered in the ISSN-supported database for open-access journals ROAD. The most outstanding articles shall be recommended and channeled towards publication in a special issue of Applied Sciences (Q1).

The conference is peer-reviewed. The papers must be submitted in advance to the organizing committee via the web portal. Each paper is evaluated by at least two reviewers. The final acceptance decision is taken by the Program Committee, which acts as an editorial board for the proceedings.
